In order to reserve your product, payments are made at time of order placement to reserve inventory.
At Yvonne Estelle's, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding bath products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts, sleeping pillows, and Special Orders. All sales are final and non-returnable on Special Orders, bath products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts, and sleeping pillows. All sales are final 14 days after you receive the item(s); no returns will be accepted after this time.
Authorized returns must be unused, in its original condition and original, unopened packaging with all factory labels attached. Authorized returns may be returned for a refund (refunds are only processed in the manner in which they were ordered), exchange or store credit; delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Promotion. Yvonne Estelle's offers free shipping on many items. If you return an authorized item that was shipped to you with Free Shipping, you will receive a refund for the item minus a 12% restocking fee (this covers our shipping, handling and processing costs).
Special Orders. Yvonne Estelle's offers you the ability to special order products that are not stocked by our shop. As special orders are items specifically ordered for you at your request, payment is processed at time of order placement and the order is immediately made with the manufacturer. Special orders are shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, after 24 hours of order placement, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund; all sales are final on special order items after 24 hours of order placement and special order items are non-returnable. All special order items are marked on the product page in the Availabity Field above the 'Add to Cart' button. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To make a return or exchange, simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned packages require a RAN and must arrive to our store within 10 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization Number. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange within 7 business days. If we receive a return without a Return Authorization Number, or it arrives after 10 days of issuing the RAN, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. You should ship your package to the address below via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage; Yvonne Estelle's is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items.

A sales tax rate of 9.0% will be added to all orders shipped to an Illinois address. For those customers purchasing from Yvonne Estelle's and shipping to a non-Illinois address: We do not collect sales or use taxes for those states. For those states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase may not be exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
In stock merchandise usually ships in 3-5 business days and usually arrives to your door in 7-10 business days of order placement. Items ordered together may not ship together. Items not in stock, will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Yvonne Estelle's provides estimated delivery times. Please note, these are estimated shipping times which are based on average order times from our manufacturers and/or fluctuating inventory levels due to demand, and can not be guaranteed by Yvonne Estelle's. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that incur additional shipping times (i.e., manufacturers experiencing a backup in production). If this occurs, Yvonne Estelle's will contact you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Free Shipping is for UPS ground shipping to one address within the continental United States and excludes furniture, sale items, clearance items, and gift certificates. Shipping and handling charges and taxes do not apply toward the purchase requirement. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Not valid with any other offer. Please see return policy for returned items that received the Free Shipping promotion.
All shipments from Yvonne Estelle's are well packed and shipped insured. We trust that your order arrives safely. Please check all items in your shipment for shipping damage. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, keep all original shipping materials and cartons and contact us at (847) 518-1232 within 7 days of receipt of the shipment (please note, this is the window the shipping carrier has for filing claims). Upon verification of damage, we will file a claim and replace the damaged item.
