CUSTOMER CARE
Yvonne Estelle's is a brick & mortar retail store located in Park Ridge, Illinois. Unlike most on-line sites that don't inform you of what is in stock and are run out of a warehouse not open to the public, our on-line store is an extension of our retail store. We don't hide our store policies, we inform you of what is usually in stock at our store, and our store is open 6 days a week so you can visit us. PAYMENTS
Yvonne Estelle's accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Payments are made at time of order placement to reserve inventory. Please contact us if you have questions on our payment policy.
RETURN POLICY
At Yvonne Estelle's, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment, excluding bath products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts & sleeping pillows, and special orders. All sales are final and non-returnable on bath products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts & sleeping pillows, and special orders. Authorized returns must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all factory labels attached and may be returned for a refund (refunds are only processed in the manner in which they were ordered), exchange or store credit. Please see below on How to Make a Return or Exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of a damaged item to report any damage. All sales are final 14 days after you receive the item(s); no returns will be accepted after this time. All delivery costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; please see below about returns on items shipped with the Complimentary Shipping Promotion. Complimentary Shipping Promotion: Yvonne Estelle's offers complimentary shipping on many items. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you with this incentive, you will receive a refund for the item minus a 12% restocking fee (this covers our shipping, handling and processing costs). If you have any questions regarding complimentary shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
Special Orders: Yvonne Estelle's offers you the ability to special order products that are not stocked by our shop. As special orders are items specifically ordered for you from the manufacturer at your request, payment is processed at time of order placement and the order is immediately made with the manufacturer. Special orders are shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, after 48 hours of order placement, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund; all sales are final on special order items after 48 hours of order placement and special order items are non-returnable. If you have any questions about special orders, please call our shop at (847) 518-1232 and we will be glad to assist you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN or EXCHANGE?
To make a return or exchange, simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned packages require a RAN and must arrive to our store within 10 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization Number. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange within 7 business days.. If we receive a return without a Return Authorization Number, or it arrives after 10 days of issuing the RAN, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. You should ship your package to the address below via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage; Yvonne Estelle's is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items.

DELIVERY TIMES
In stock merchandise usually ships in 3-5 business days and usually arrives to your door in 7-10 business days of order placement. Items ordered together may not ship together. Items not in stock, will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Yvonne Estelle's provides estimated delivery times on each product page. Please note, these are estimated shipping times which are based on average order times from our manufacturers and/or fluctuating inventory levels due to demand, and can not be guaranteed by Yvonne Estelle's. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that incur additional shipping times (i.e., manufacturers experiencing a backup in production). If this occurs, Yvonne Estelle's will contact you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need expedited shipping or you need to verify product is in stock for immediate shipment, please contact us at (847) 518-1232 and speak to one of our friendly staff.
GREEN STATEMENT
At Yvonne Estelle's we care about the environment and want our children to be able to enjoy of the beauties and conveniences we have had the luxury of. That is why Yvonne Estelle's reuses and/or recycles 90% of its packaging materials in an effort to send as little as possible to the land fills; thus saving energy, petroleum resources, and woodland resources. Therefore, when you receive your package from Yvonne Estelle's, please don't be put off by the reused box or shipping materials. Yvonne cares less about the branding of the box with her store's name and cares more about the environment. We also request that you kindly recycle the packaging materials you receive from us. Together we can all make a difference.

Yvonne Estelle's method of shipping is via UPS. Complimentary Shipping is for UPS ground shipping to one address within the continental United States and excludes sale or clearance items and gift certificates. Expedited delivery services are available at an additional cost.

Because furniture items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them to you is higher. Therefore, these items have a specific shipping charge indicated with the item where applicable. If a specific charge is not indicated, please contact us for a quote.
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States at this time.
